We have updated the way you log into the Modern Brands website.
- You will no longer use your User ID and password to access your account. Instead, you will now sign in using the email address linked to your account.
- Each time you log in, a one-time PIN will be sent to your email for quick and secure access.
- Once you have logged in you will be able to add additional purchasers for your business. Each person will need their own unique email address to set up access. Users with access to your businesses account can see products with pricing as well as create and place orders on behalf of your business.
How to Add a User to Your Account
To allow others to place orders for your business, you can easily add additional users to your account. Once you are logged in, follow the step-by-step instructions to invite new purchasers. Each user must have a unique email address to set up their own access
Step 1
Make sure you’re logged in. Then, click on your business name in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘Dashboard’ from the drop-down menu

From the dashboard, navigate to ‘All Customers’ at the top right of the website, next to ‘Go to Website’

Under ‘All Customers,’ select your company location. If you have multiple store locations (as on the previous website), they will appear in a dropdown menu. Choose the location where you want to add a new user.

Click the “User” icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard screen.

Select ‘Add new’ at the top of the page

A pop-up window will appear. Fill in the details of the user you would like to add.
Step 7
When adding a new user, choose between Location Admin or Ordering Only in the dropdown. Location Admins can place orders and manage users, while Ordering Only users can place orders but cannot add new users.
Step 8
Click ‘Submit’ and the new user will be able to log into the website using their email address. To sign in, click the Sign In/Apply button at the top right of the homepage.
